Cultural Fluency™ Roundtables
For leaders seeking to compete in today’s global marketplace, it is vital to understand the unique needs of colleagues from different backgrounds across functions, borders, and generations. Culture can profoundly impact interpersonal dynamics, including styles of communication, how we relate to clients and supervisors and how we approach critical business problems. Yet, while most of us have engaged in cross cultural interactions, we may not have developed the awareness and navigational skills to work fluidly in a variety of contexts and communication styles.
Our roundtable format provides an introduction to intercultural expertise as a leadership skill and explores non-judgmental strategies to build healthy teams. We will discuss how to address common misunderstandings in daily workplace interactions.
